What is a Music Disc?
Music Discs are collectible items in Minecraft that play unique music tracks when inserted into a Jukebox. They add ambiance, mystery, and even lore to the game. With a wide range of melodies—from relaxing to unsettling—Music Discs are iconic and often sought after by explorers and collectors.
How to Obtain
Music Discs can be found in dungeon chests, bastions, ancient cities, woodland mansions, or dropped by Creepers that are killed by a Skeleton's arrow. The rarest discs, like “Pigstep” or “Relic,” are only found in specific structures. Some discs can also be obtained through archaeology in trial chambers.
Uses and Features
Music Discs are used by placing them in a Jukebox to play their music. Each disc has a unique track composed by C418 or Lena Raine. Some, like “11” and “5”, hint at mysterious lore. Music Discs can be reused infinitely and are popular in bases, minigames, and adventure maps.
